Unwind, release & restore with Stretch & Relax; a gentle yoga class designed to melt away tension from both body and mind. Through deep, soothing stretches and supported postures using props such as pillows, yoga blocks and a chair, you’ll ease tight muscles, improve mobility and invite a sense of calm.

Perfect for all levels, this class is accessible to everyone - whether you’re looking to recover from workouts, relieve work stress or simply take a break from the busyness of life. With slow, mindful movement and breathwork, Stretch & Relax will leave you feeling refreshed, relaxed and deeply nourished.

HOW IT WORKS:

1. Download Zoom (super simple)

2. Sign up on the schedule page (right here)

3. Get your link in the confirmation email (plus a reminder 30 mins before class starts)

4. You’ll be admitted from the “waiting room” at the time of class.

5. Your video can be on or off. I will mute all yogis before the class begins and then we let the fun begin!
