Action comes before motivation 
So often we wait to feel ready before we start — but neuroscience tells us it actually works the other way around.
When we take even the smallest action, we begin to light up new neural pathways in the brain. Those tiny steps create momentum, and that’s where motivation grows from.
So don’t wait for the perfect moment.
Don’t beat yourself up for not “feeling it” yet.
Just start small — a short walk, one healthy meal, a few minutes of movement or stillness.
Each action sends your brain a message: we’re doing this.
And soon, your motivation will follow.
