This a self-directed progressive strength programme designed specifically for active women over 40.

Work through at your own pace.

You receive the same:

  • 4 pre-recorded yoga-informed strength sessions per week

    2x 15min core strength &

    2x 30 min body weight strength workouts designed specifically for women over 40, providing:

  • Body weight + resistance band programming

  • Progressive core training

  • Bone-supportive loading

  • Stability and resilience work

You complete them when it suits you to compliment your already busy life & fitness regime.
