Yoga & Bodyweight Fusion

Re-boot your body, build lasting strength, and boost stamina with this uplifting blend of yoga, plyometrics (yes, jumping!) and HIIT-style bodyweight training. Designed to develop functional movement and support long-term wellbeing, this class helps future-proof your body by building strength and improving bone density, while clearing your mind. Expect dynamic yet mindful movement and empowering strength work to leave you feeling strong, balanced and recharged.

HOW IT WORKS:

1. Download Zoom (super simple)

2. Sign up on the schedule page (right here)

3. Get your link in the confirmation email (plus a reminder 30 mins before class starts)

4. You’ll be admitted from the “waiting room” at the time of class.

5. Your video can be on or off. I will mute all yogis before the class begins and then we let the fun begin!
