Yoga for Strength & Flexibility

Build Strength, increase flexibility and move with confidence. A dynamic class designed to challenge and support your body. Through a blend of strength-building postures, deep stretches and mindful movement, you’ll develop stability, mobility & control while improving overall flexibility. Whether you’re looking to enhance athletic performance, prevent injury or simply feel stronger and more balanced, this class is accessible to anyone with a moderate level of fitness.

Modifications are always available, so you can work at your own pace and progress at your own level. I only ask that you listen to your body and move within comfort levels.

HOW IT WORKS:

1. Download Zoom (super simple)

2. Sign up on the schedule page (right here)

3. Get your link in the confirmation email (plus a reminder 30 mins before class starts)

4. You’ll be admitted from the “waiting room” at the time of class.

5. Your video can be on or off. I will mute all yogis before the class begins and then we let the fun begin!
