Yoga to Stretch & Strengthen

Props needed: Resistance Bands + a Chair

Are you ready to future-proof your body and stay strong, stable, and capable for years to come? This is a class that challenges you, builds real strength, improves your balance, and enhances functional movement.
Using resistance bands, you’ll build muscular strength, improve posture, activate your core, improve coordination, and build the confidence to move through daily life with more ease and resilience.

HOW IT WORKS:

1. Download Zoom (super simple)

2. Sign up on the schedule page (right here)

3. Get your link in the confirmation email (plus a reminder 30 mins before class starts)

4. You’ll be admitted from the “waiting room” at the time of class.

5. Your video can be on or off. I will mute all yogis before the class begins and then we let the fun begin!
