"I am a 56 year old woman in her menopausal years, with a very demanding and time consuming job, and to be honest I’m not a great fan of exercising! However I knew I needed to do something to not only change my physical health and body shape, but also my mind set. There was always an excuse not to exercise more- it was either too late when I got in from work, I was too tired or was just too busy! The exercises are varied and actually, dare I say, enjoyable and as always Jo, as an expert teacher, modifies each one in a couple of ways so that even with every ache, pain or niggle, there is a way to complete them painlessly and when feeling confident, even build up to try the most challenging adaptation! With Jo’s infectious enthusiasm, genuine support and guidance I actually completed every session! It was a huge boost to my self esteem as well as my health and overall fitness. The Q and A sessions were packed full of interesting information from nuero science to dietary tips to help support you through the journey and make some small life style changes that really do make you feel better inside and out. Having the recordings available is a gift too- a perfect way to really ensure that the sessions become embedded into your weekly routine and simply becomes a way of life- a healthier, stronger and longer life!
