"I would definitely recommend Jo’s yoga classes, poses are clearly explained and adaptations given for different levels of difficulty. There’s a variety of sessions during the week, so I can mix up the ones I attend, sometimes I just fancy an hour of stretching and relaxing - bliss! After each class I always feel much more flexible and energised. Jo’s positive energy and passion for yoga always shines through in each class. Overall, a wonderful experience!"

Jo presses play and we start with a who-cares-how-silly-we-look dance/activation song to loosen up. She always ends with a quote to absorb, discuss and take away, along with a peaceful Namaste! I'm a yogi for life now. I can't thank Jo enough. "
