Meet Jo


Jo Steele is a yoga teacher and clinical hypnotherapist in Baildon who is passionate about helping people build strength, resilience, and clarity within body and mind.

Her yoga classes go beyond flexibility and relaxation; they are designed to help you develop functional strength, stability, and endurance, while also creating space to step away from the pace of life and reconnect. Jo believes that building physical strength through yoga is a powerful way to cultivate inner strength, mental clarity, and resilience.

Alongside movement, Jo’s personal experience with hypnotherapy sparked a deep fascination with the brain and led her to train as a solution-focused hypnotherapist. She now supports people in retraining thought patterns, reducing anxiety, and building confidence. Jo helps people rewire patterns of stress and self-doubt while building resilience that underpins lasting change.

For Jo, these aren’t two separate practices, they are two entry points into the same process of transformation. Movement changes the brain; mindset shapes how the body responds to life.
