Jo Steele is a yoga teacher and solution-focused hypnotherapist who is passionate about helping people build strength, resilience, and clarity in both body and mind.
Her yoga classes create space to slow down, reconnect, and grow stronger both physically and mentally. Alongside this, Jo’s personal experience with hypnotherapy led to a fascination with the brain and a desire to become a solution-focused hypnotherapist. She now supports people in retraining thought patterns, reducing anxiety, and building resilience.
She believes that physical health and brain health are deeply connected, and that with the right tools we can learn to manage stress, regain balance, and feel confident in ourselves.
