Welcome to a festive edition of Off the Mat!
As the festive season approaches, I hope you can find the time to look after yourself and to guide you into a strong and healthy 2026.

The new block 'STILL' continues next week, for three weeks.
Yoga & Bodyweight Fusion will be the final class of 2025 taking place on Monday 22nd December. This is the only class that will run for 4 weeks.
Still: your invitation to pause in the middle of the busy run-up to Christmas. A reminder that your strength, health and energy grow from the moments you choose to step back and breathe. As the season gathers its familiar magic, lights and anticipation, it’s easy to be swept into doing rather than being. Taking intentional time for yourself isn’t a luxury; it’s how you stay grounded, resilient, and centred. Yoga offers the perfect antidote to seasonal stress: slow breath, mindful movement and the chance to return to a calmer space.
In the stillness, your body restores, your mind clears and you reconnect with what truly matters.
