As a member, you’ll enjoy exclusive access to private, members-only live Zoom & pre-recorded weights classes, not available to the public.
Members-Only Content Includes:
30 mins Weekly Weights session
A playlist of 12x 5–10 minute pre-recorded add-on sessions, designed to complement your weekly fitness routine. Who doesn't want an optional boost of plyometrics or a quick weights session to compliment their walk/run/yoga class?
Access to The Relaxation Hub: A playlist of short Yoga videos, designed for those days when you need to stretch & reset. Self-care is non-negotiable when building strength!
This membership is designed to:
Ignite your focus on increasing strength.
Introduce variety to your fitness schedule, including pre-recorded mini-sessions to support you on those days when life takes over - you can always find 5-10mins. This supports your wellbeing by proving that you can still show up for yourself when things get hectic!
Keep your motivation high and your movement routine engaging
Please note: Your membership renews automatically every 4 weeks. On the few occasions when I am unable to offer live sessions (for example, due to illness or holiday), you’ll receive access to pre-recorded sessions so your practice can continue uninterrupted.
If you have planned holidays of over 1 week when you are unable to participate OR are temporarily unable to use your membership (illness/injury), we can arrange for your membership status to be paused.
The membership can be cancelled at any time.
