Is this suitable for peri/postmenopause?
Yes, this is exactly who it is for! The programme is informed by current research in women’s health and is designed to support strength, mobility and recovery during midlife and beyond.

What if I fall behind?
Life happens and this programme is designed with that in mind. You’ll have access to all sessions for two weeks after the programme ends, so you can catch up on anything you missed without pressure or guilt. Progress isn’t about being perfect; it’s about coming back when you can.

What if I’m weaker than everyone else?
You won’t be. And even if you feel that way right now, this isn’t a comparison-based programme. Strong & Centred meets you where you are, with modifications and progressions so you can work at a level that feels safe and supportive for your body. Strength looks different on everyone and that’s exactly how it should be.

What if this is just another thing I don’t stick with?
A common concern, especially if you’ve tried “all or nothing” plans before. This programme focuses on consistency over intensity, with realistic sessions, clear structure, and neuroscience-backed strategies to help habits actually stick. You’re not expected to be motivated all the time but I will support & encourage you PLUS I am confident that you're going to love these sessions and will keep coming back for more!

Do I need to be ‘fit’ before I start?
No. This programme is about building strength and confidence, not proving you already have it. Modifications will meet you where you are.

Do I need equipment or a gym?
No gym required. Sessions are primarily bodyweight-based and designed to be done at home, with simple, effective movements.

In week 3 we introduce resistance bands that are easily affordable and accessible.
